Objective:
To create a property rental website with hundreds of properties for rent.

The client wanted the features to include property categories, property locations, property pricing and the ability for the customer to reserve and purchase the rental property online.

Tatem Web Design created an expandable database solution to add unlimited properties and specific locations and categories. The search options are also geared to find property type, location and pricing. We designed the website using the logo and the preferred color scheme the client supplied.The properties include pictures, information about the property and searches for the customer to easily locate properties they are looking for.

We created an expandable base for the client to add property and trained the client to manage the website for adding new properties, categories and pricing. A merchant account was added to the site to take online payments for instant online reservations of the properties. The website allows includes with location, maps, and individual information and images to each the property.
